Franky wins so many cool points just for being a pirate, Crow will never ever be a jerk at him again! To be honest, even before he actually thought Franky was fun to bother, which is why he was all up in his face! Because he wanted to play with him! And being a bully/annoying is what Crow does when he wants to play. That's why he tried to steal his sunglasses, so he'd give a reason to Franky to keep wasting time with him instead of ignoring him. His brilliant plan didn't work though :( But he was also genuinely annoyed at Franky being I'M NOT A ROBOT I'M A CYBORG, and that's because as he said he was being jealous. And he was like, man, this dude is more human than me, that sucks! Look at him being all smug and rubbing his human parts all over my face.
